ABC AMERICAN WHEAT

A Weizenbier with a Vagabund twist, or to be more specific a twist of American hops. The natural sweetness of the malt, and the fruity scents from the yeast are complimented by a handful of hops such as Amarillo, Belma and Cluster which impart citrusy, floral and orange/grapefruit aromas.

SOCIAL SMOKER

Heavily influenced by the classic Rauchbier lagers of Bamberg, we decided to do our own smoked beer. Unlike some smoked beers that try to kill the drinker with smokiness, our social smoker likes to smoke a bit here and there, complimenting the hops and maltiness, not concealing it in a dumpster fire's worth of smoke. Careful, this beer can be addictive.

AMERICAN PALE ALE

The all USA hops in this beer lend to the typical citrus notes the style is known for. Malt rounds out the flavor and gives some backbone and amber color to the beer. Very well balanced, this beer will make you want to sit on your porch and have another. Ingredients of note: Liberty, American hops, and a get-off-my-lawn attitude.                          - ABV 5.2% IBU ≈30


SZECHUAN SAISON

A revival of an old style of beer that is beginning to make a comeback. It is light in color, smooth and crisp, and as refreshing as the style was intended to be after a hard day's work. The wild yeast is complimented beautifully with the mixture of crushed coriander seeds and Szechuan pepper corns.

DOUBLE I.P.A.

This is a very big beer. Highly hopped with Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, and Summit hops. It is dry and crisp, and extremely aromatic. Not for the faint of heart.

TRIPEL DOUBLE I.P.A.

Heavily dry hopped with Mosaic hops. Mosaic hops can be described as citrusy, fruity, earthy, flowery, herbal, and piney. Special Belgian yeast provide estery, somewhat spicy flavor.
